Our properties for saleImmorama Entre Deux Mers, represented by Gaby Van Edom and Jamie Anderson, is based in the lovely village of Pessac sur Dordogne, centred in the beautiful area between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers. Established in the area for 22 years I am now working in conjuction with Jamie ANDERSON and the website, "Groupement Immobilier". Our arrangement gives potential house buyers a wider range and greater number of properties from which to find their dream home.
We cover an area of South West France which includes the Gironde, Lot et Garonne and Dordogne departments. We specialise in selling character properties to international buyers right through to local buyers.
Our portfolio includes country houses, town and village houses, equestrian properties, small vineyards, farms and smallholdings, manor houses and chateaux.
All advertised prices include agency fees.

Finally, the page entitled 'Our Region' will tell you a little more about Entre Deux Mers and the surrounds - giving you some indication of why this is such a wonderful area in to live in.
Jamie and I will work with you through every stage of your property purchase – from helping you to discover the area, through the legal and administrative processes with the notaire, arranging utility connections and finally handing you the keys to your new house. However, it doesn't end there, as we will continue to give you support with any post-sale matters or projects. We have established experience of several local and reliable artisans who we can unequivocally recommend.
